Ad-hoc support allows clients to receive IT assistance from our qualified technicians on an as-need basis. There is no lock in contract and labour is charged at an hourly rate.
Pre-paid support allows clients to bulk purchase support hours at a discounted rate.
Service desk
We offer service desk contracts for clients that require regular support. A technician will attend your site on a scheduled basis to provide dedicated support.
Customised Support Agreements
Support agreements can be customised to each client’s unique requirements. This can include end to end infrastructure management, assist internal IT, emergency support and on call service desk.
